Job Title: Voice Recording Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Voice Recording Engineer to manage and deliver Trader Voice and Voice Recording services.

  • Manage and deliver Trader Voice and Voice Recording services, focusing on operations, controls, and project delivery.
  • Maintain the Voice Recording technology to ensure maximum availability and supportability.
  • Monitor and manage Voice and Voice Recording infrastructure.
  • Perform daily readiness checks for business operations.
  • Troubleshoot Voice & Recording issues.
  • Collect metrics for escalation and create reports for Operations, Compliance, and Litigation teams.
  • Adhere to internal controls and meet deadlines and SLAs.
  • Collaborate with global Voice Recording Operations teams for issue resolution and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years' experience in a Trading Voice Support role.
  • Deep knowledge of Voice Recording Systems, including NICE NTR/NTR-X, NICE FUSION, VERINT VERBA.
  • Understanding of Voice Systems, Windows servers, Private wires, and Hoot Networks.
  • Experience managing platforms through their lifecycle, with knowledge of Compliance regulations (MiFID, DODD-Frank, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good time management and ability to analyze System Trace Logs.
  • Ability to work in a global team environment and adapt to new technologies.
  • Knowledge of SBC (Oracle), Call Logging Systems, NAS/SAN systems, SQL Server, Excel.
Certifications
  • CCNA and/or CCNA Voice.
