Seeking a skilled Voice Recording Engineer to join our team. Key responsibilities include managing Trader Voice and Voice Recording services, ensuring maximum availability of technology, and maintaining it at an appropriate technical level for support and maintenance purposes.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Voice Recording Systems, specifically NICE NTR/NTR-X, as well as experience with NAS and SAN systems. A strong understanding of Compliance regulations such as MiFID and DODD-Frank is also required.

We are looking for someone with excellent problem-solving skills, excellent customer-service and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work as part of a Global team. The successful candidate will be able to prioritize tasks effectively and manage their time well.

Key qualifications include 5+ years experience in a similar Trading Voice Support Role and proficiency in SQL Server and Microsoft Excel. CCNA and/or CCNA Voice Certifications are also highly desirable.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing Voice Recording infrastructure
  • Troubleshooting Voice & Recording related issues
  • Collecting metrics for third Line escalation
  • Creating reports for Voice Recording Operations and Senior Management teams
  • Collaborating with members of the Voice Recording Operations team in other Regions
