Lead Voice Recording Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Voice Recording Engineer to join our team. This role involves delivering Trader Voice and Voice Recording services for an i-Banking Client based in Singapore.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing technology infrastructure, ensuring maximum availability and technical support. Additionally, they should be knowledgeable about Voice Systems, including IPC Unigy Cisco Voice, Nice NTR, and NTRX.
About the Role- Manage Voice and Voice Recording infrastructure
- Perform daily readiness checks
- Troubleshoot Voice & Recording related issues
- Collect metrics for third-line escalation
- Create reports for Voice Recording Operations and Senior Management teams
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar Trading Voice Support role
- In-depth knowledge of Voice Recording Systems, including NICE NTR/NTR-X
- General knowledge of Voice Systems, Windows servers, Private wires, and Hoot Networks
- Professional experience documenting, planning, and managing platforms through their life cycle
- Understanding of Compliance regulations (MiFID, DODD-Frank)
