Service Delivery and Change Management Leader

We are seeking a Senior Change Management Professional to lead our client's service delivery and change management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in service delivery and a proven track record in change management.
This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless delivery of services while driving organizational transformation. The successful candidate will develop and implement change management strategies to support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the service delivery function, ensuring high-quality and efficient service. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify service delivery needs. Develop and implement change management strategies to support organizational transformation. Monitor and report on service delivery performance, identifying areas for improvement. Drive the adoption of best practices in service delivery. Manage a team of professionals. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the team.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. Extensive experience in service delivery and change management. Strong understanding of service delivery frameworks and methodologies. Proven ability to manage complex change initiatives. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
