Job Summary

The Change Manager plays a crucial role in developing a robust and lasting change management strategy for key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, manage, and deliver a change communications framework aligned with the needs of the project and the broader organisation.
  • Collaborate with project leaders to identify suitable change management interventions based on impact analysis.
  • Implement the framework by providing training, coaching, and support to project leaders and all affected stakeholders.
  • Oversee the development and coordination of change management activities for key initiatives.
  • Coordinate business change champions and stakeholders, leading activity and progress reporting.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience in communication strategies during significant organisational changes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
  • Effective project management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
  • Ability to simplify complex information and create clear, actionable communications for various business stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisational skills, adaptable to hybrid work environments, using online communication tools and in-person meetings as needed.
  • Practical experience in developing communication materials, and proficiency in tools like PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
