IT Service Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of at least 5 members (Level 1 & Level 2).
- Oversee sub-contractor management.
- Manage and track IT assets.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
- Coordinate and manage maintenance schedules, change requests, service requests, and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with security and safety standards in day-to-day operations.
- Monitor and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Manage budget and cost control.
- Collaborate with external service providers and vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships.
- Develop and deliver maintenance documentation (e.g., incident reports, maintenance reports) for O&M purposes.
- Maintain records to support compliance efforts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers.
Qualifications:
- Possess 6+ years of experience in IT System Operations & Maintenance (O&M) with strong knowledge of best practices.
- Proficient in ITIL framework.
- Strong leadership, team management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
