Primary Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain accurate databases and personnel files, ensuring seamless crew information updates.
  2. Coordinate flight arrangements, process travel expenses, and oversee related purchase orders.
  3. Timely delivery of essential documents, including mail, licenses, and medical reports to vessels, facilitated by efficient digital documentation.
  4. Manage office supplies, arrange printing services, and execute general administrative tasks with precision.
  5. Promptly prepare and file critical reports (health, safety, licenses).
Necessary Qualifications:
  1. A minimum diploma in any field is required; prior experience in administrative roles is advantageous.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm. As an employee, you will have the chance to acquire vital work experience and hone your administrative skills within a fast-paced environment.
