Temporary Admin Assistant Job Description

Job Type: Temporary, 6-Month Contract

Location: Harbourfront

The company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Temporary Admin Assistant to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Update databases and manage personnel files for accurate crew information
  • Arrange flights, process travel invoices, and handle related purchase orders
  • Ensure timely delivery of mail, licenses, and medical reports to vessels, including digital document management
  • Manage office supplies, coordinate printing, and perform general administrative tasks
  • Generate and file required reports (health, safety, licenses)
Requirements:
  • Diploma in any field
  • Prior experience in administrative fields preferred
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications

Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
