Job Title: General Administration Officer

About the Role

Responsibilities
  • Handle administrative duties such as document preparation, filing, and data management.
  • Manage correspondence and phone calls (not applicable).
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist in basic record-keeping and office organisation.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by Supervisor.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in office management, administration, or secretarial duties is highly regarded.
  • Minimum 'A' levels and above.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Knowledge of basic office equipment and filing systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.
