**Job Description**:
- Coordinate and assist in day to day general administration duties
- Ensure all documentation and filling are done in a proper manner
- Handling all administrative documents and correspondence
- To perform general office duties include answering all incoming calls, handling caller's inquiries whenever possible and walk-in customers
- Support Accounting, Secretary and Audit team and perform administrative duties
Job requirements:
- At least a Diploma / any Degree in any fields
- Have good time management, responsible and meticulous
- Proficient in English and Mandarin
