The Associate Executive (Benefits Administration) is responsible for administration of medical, insurance and leave matters for all CGH and centrally-employed staff. The Associate Executive will provide advice (on processes) to the HR Services & HR Business Partnering teams and assist staff on their concerns of queries. The Associate Executive will assist to deliver a robust, reliable, and service-oriented Human Resource Transactional Services for all staff, in accordance with the relevant HR policies. The Associate Executive will also support other eligible groups, such as post-retirement and Board of Directors.- Administer all staff medical and dental bills and reimbursements in an accurate and timely manner
- Process all medical bills incurred by both CGH and centrally-employed staff and their dependents in accordance to their entitlement and policy coverage
- Generate reports (Medical Claims Listing) for all medical bills for supervisor’s verification
- Submit medical claims listing reports to Finance/ Business Office for processing
- Review and verify monthly statement of accounts received from Finance team to ensure prompt settlement of payment for outstanding invoices to service providers
- Review invoices to ensure prompt settlement of payment for outstanding invoices to service providers
- Create, update and maintain leave types and entitlement
- Handle all staff queries pertaining to medical/dental claims, leave and insurance

**Educational/ Professional Qualifications**:

- Diploma in HR or relevant qualification

**Relevant Experience & Skills**
- 2 years’ relevant experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint). Additional skills in VLOOKUP and Pivot Table is an advantage
- Familiar with key HR Benefit administration processes
- Good knowledge of Government Paid Leaves regulatory requirements and processing
- Familiar with MOM Work Injury requirements and processing
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Knowledge of SAP systems is an advantage

- Ability to work effectively with other departments (e.g Medical Records Office, Finance, Business Office, Infection Control), HOD / Managers and employees
