Serving as a Senior Front Office Operations Manager at SG HOTELS PTE. LTD., you will play a pivotal role in crafting exceptional guest experiences, fostering a positive work environment, and driving operational efficiency across our boutique hotels in Singapore.

Your journey begins with ensuring seamless check-ins, room assignments, and fulfilling special requests while adhering to rate structures, discounts, and sell/upsell strategies. You will process payments, answer inquiries about hotel services, and provide valuable assistance to guests throughout their stay.

A key responsibility will be pre-registering, blocking reservations, and cancelling room bookings according to established policies and procedures. You will also conduct thorough audits during the midnight shift, prepare essential reports, and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.

In this exciting role, you will possess strong organizational skills, excellent English language proficiency, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Your capacity for flexible teamwork and adaptability will enable you to excel in other positions within the department as needed.

About This Opportunity

This position offers an estimated salary of SGD $4,200 - SGD $5,500 per month, depending on experience. Benefits include:
