FRONT OFFICE MANAGER JOB SCOPE The Front Office Manager is responsible to ensure that all guests are been well received and attended through their stay with the Hotel. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Plan, monitor and control staff movement with regard to their annual leave, public holiday, medical leave and their rest days.2. Conduct interview sessions for the recruitments for all front office positions.3. Create and design training programs to upgrade the skill level and performance of the front office staff.4. Conduct daily briefing with all Sections Heads instill an effective communication channels with the front office staff.5. Attend the daily morning briefing and monthly meeting with the Senior Management.6. Authorise room rate changes, paid-out, room allowance, cash advances according to the established room rates.7. Evaluate room availability during peak periods to maximise occupancy.8. Work closely with Security Department on all irregularities affecting the Front Office Department.9. Update policies and procedures to improve on the overall efficiency of the Front Office operations. JOB REQUIREMENTS 1. Possess a Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management2. Possess with at least five (5) years of relevant working experiences holding similar position in the hospitality industry.3. Certified as a In-house Trainer who is able to design and develop training sessions and conduct stand-up trainings.4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.5.
