Job Title: Front Office Operations ManagerSalary: $55,000 - $65,000 per annumJob Description:

The Front Office Operations Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front office team. Key responsibilities include supervising and coordinating front office operations, managing service recovery for escalated guest concerns, and collaborating with various departments to meet guest needs.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, be able to work under pressure, and demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Duty Manager
  • Ability to perform rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Team player with positive work attitude
