HR Coordinator

Verifone is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless transition for new hires and maintaining positive interactions throughout their journey with Verifone.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the new hire onboarding process, including preparing new hire documentation and conducting orientations.
- Facilitate smooth transitions for employees relocating internationally.
- Generate employment contracts and other employment-related documentation as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.
- Assist in the implementation and enforcement of data privacy measures and procedures.
- Ensure alignment between HR policies and procedures and overall company objectives.
- Provide administrative support to the HR teams.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding concerns and grievances.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR or related role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Fluent English is required.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with HRIS and ATS software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
