The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an HR & Admin Associate. This role will provide a unique opportunity to gain experience in human resources, administration, and office management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Assist in organizing employee well-being programs and company events.
  • Prepare employment contracts, certification letters, and other HR-related documents.
  • Update the monthly organization chart, manage telephone inquiries, and handle incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Provide secretarial support to the President, including travel arrangements, calendar management, and appointment scheduling.
  • Assist with office administration duties, such as courier services, receiving deliveries, and ordering stationery and corporate gifts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluent proficiency in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create effective data visualizations.
  • Interest in HR, with exposure to talent development and organizational culture concepts.
  • Savvy and dynamic personality, with a willingness to learn new things quickly.
  • Proactive, independent, and able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
