The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an HR & Admin Associate. This role will provide a unique opportunity to gain experience in human resources, administration, and office management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews.
- Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
- Assist in organizing employee well-being programs and company events.
- Prepare employment contracts, certification letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Update the monthly organization chart, manage telephone inquiries, and handle incoming and outgoing mail.
- Provide secretarial support to the President, including travel arrangements, calendar management, and appointment scheduling.
- Assist with office administration duties, such as courier services, receiving deliveries, and ordering stationery and corporate gifts.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
Requirements
- Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluent proficiency in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create effective data visualizations.
- Interest in HR, with exposure to talent development and organizational culture concepts.
- Savvy and dynamic personality, with a willingness to learn new things quickly.
- Proactive, independent, and able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
