Job Description:
The Sales Operations Executive plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of sales activities. Key responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and facilitating order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare quotations based on customer requirements, including phone calls, faxes, and emails.
- Source stock for customers and ensure that orders are fulfilled efficiently.
- File quotations and maintain accurate records.
- Assist in creating new customer accounts and processing purchase orders.
- Liaise with relevant departments to arrange for collection of expired goods from customers and prepare disposal certificates.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to enquiries on requirements and logistical arrangements.
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher certificate in a related field.
- Qualification in Pharmaceutical Science or prior experience with pharmaceutical products/medical devices is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in computer applications and good organizational skills.
- Able to work 5.5 days a week with alternate Saturdays off.
- Responsible, committed, and a team player.
