Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Coordinator to join our team at PERSOLKELLY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating training programmes, scheduling, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Programme Planning
    • Plan and prepare schedules for training/education programmes
    • Coordinate with Adult Educators (AE-Trainers) to ensure smooth programme delivery
  • Classroom and Resource Management
    • Plan and allocate classrooms for training sessions
    • Manage training resources, including catering and refreshments
  • Communication and Liaison
    • Work closely with clients to understand their preferred schedule and programme requirements
    • Liaise with Adult Educators and clients regarding trainers' availability and programme details
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Assist in the monthly AE payment report
    • Manage information boards to ensure up-to-date programme information
Requirements
  • Education and Qualifications
    • Minimum diploma qualification
  • Skills and Experience
    • Good written and verbal communication skills
    • Past training administration experience preferred
    • Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office tools
