**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Training Coordinator at MyCareersFuture. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the delivery of training programs and events.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist with the setup and teardown of training venues and coordinate refreshments for induction sessions and training programs.
- Provide technical support to trainers during training sessions.
- Collate post-training feedback from participants and incorporate it into our master database.
- Administer assessments during training sessions.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including attendance tracking and data entry.
- Provide on-site support for volunteer training on weekends.
- Prepare monthly training schedules.
**Requirements:**
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Social Sciences, Accounting, or other relevant disciplines.
- Immediate starters are preferred.
- Training or events experience is preferred.
