About the Role


This position is for an experienced professional in customer service who will work under general supervision to respond to customer inquiries. The role involves resolving moderately complex issues, analyzing customer data to identify trends, and making recommendations to improve customer service processes.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Administer and provide proper contract and warranty fulfillment to ensure company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications are met.
  • Monitor estimates of material, equipment services, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure service contracts and product warranties are complete and accurate.
  • Review contractual rights and obligations for customers related to service contracts and product warranties to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Analyze historical information regarding service contracts and warranties to identify problems and improve overall performance.
  • Assist in finalizing the preparation of bids, process specifications, progress reports, and other reports related to service contracts and product warranties.
  • Work closely with the factory to resolve warranty claims and technical issues.
  • Implement training programs by working with the regional training leader to reflect market training needs.
  • Deliver training sessions and manage training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online courses.
  • Track employee progress and provide feedback to employees and their supervisors.
  • Contribute as a subject matter expert for multiple products and services.

Requirements:


We are looking for individuals who are meticulous in details and familiar with handling customers. As a Regional Warranty and Training Manager, you must have:


  • Degree in electrical, mechanical, or mechatronics engineering.
  • A minimum of 15-20 years of relevant experience in HVAC (Chiller).
  • Knowledge of SAP.
