Customer Service Professional

This position involves working independently to ensure proper contract and warranty fulfillment for Carrier. The successful candidate will have expertise in HVAC service contracts and warranty administration, as well as the ability to analyze customer data and make recommendations for process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and provide for proper contract and warranty fulfillment, ensuring that company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications are met.
- Monitor estimates of material, equipment services, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure service contracts and product warranties are complete and accurate.
- Review contractual rights and obligations for customers related to service contracts and product warranties to ensure that client requirements are met.
- Summarize data and determine trends based on analyses of historical information regarding service contracts and warranties to identify problems and improve overall performance.
- Assist in finalizing the preparation of bids, process specifications, progress reports, and other reports related to service contracts and product warranties to ensure established quality and customer satisfaction goals are achieved.
- Collaborate with the factory on warranty claims and technical resolutions.
- Implement training programs by working with the regional training leader to reflect market training needs.
- Deliver training sessions or coordinate with other trainers to deliver training to employees.
- Manage training materials, including delivering manuals, presentations, and online courses to technicians in local languages as required.
- Track employee progress through training programs and provide feedback to employees and their supervisors.
- Contribute as a subject matter expert for multiple products and services.
Requirements

As a Regional Warranty and Training Manager, you must have a diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering and a minimum of 15-20 years of relevant experience in HVAC (Chiller). Additionally, knowledge of SAP is required.
