Customer Service Executive Role at ACADEMIA PTE. LTD.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Executive to join our team at ACADEMIA PTE. LTD.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our students and parents, responding to phone and online queries, and assisting with registration and scheduling changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general front desk assistance to walk-in students and parents
  • Respond to phone and online queries about classes, replacement lessons, teachers, curriculum, and policies
  • Assist students and parents with registration and scheduling changes by inputting changes into the student database
  • Handle and resolve special requests and complaints in a professional manner, escalating to management where necessary
  • Provide administrative support to teachers when required, including printing, photocopying, and scanning

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (to provide clear explanations for both English and Mandarin speaking clients)
  • Computer literate – able to use Microsoft office and able to learn/use various computer applications to respond to client queries and input or change client data
  • Past experience in front-facing customer service is a plus
  • Off days on Thursdays and Fridays
  • Salary: $3000 to $3,500
