Customer Service Officer

This role involves providing frontline services and general administrative duties at a healthcare clinic or centre. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in customer service and a positive attitude, with or without relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide patient registration and payment services.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
- Assist doctors with medical reviews and provide financial counselling when needed.
- Manage counter payments and account for handovers.
Requirements:
- Possess GCE 'N' Level, GCE 'O' Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC or Diploma.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in customer service preferred.
- Candidates with healthcare industry experience will be an added advantage.
