Our client, a market leader within Aviation, Defense & Aerospace, is looking for a highly motivated and experienced customer service professional to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner to ensure strong customer satisfaction.
- Resolving customer inquiries and requests in a timely and effective manner.
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
- Escalating customer feedback as required.
About You
- You have at least 4 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the aviation industry.
- You possess excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- You have working knowledge of customer service, passenger service, and airport operations.
- You are a strong networker and relationship builder, able to manage multiple stakeholders.
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments.
