Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Training Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating training programs, managing participant registrations, and providing administrative support to our training team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate training programs, including registration of participants and instructors
  • Manage participant registrations, including payment processing and communication
  • Provide administrative support to the training team, including email correspondence and attendance at meetings
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in any discipline
  • Preferably 1 year of experience in training administration
  • Prior working experience in government agencies will be preferred
  • Only Singaporeans
