As a Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for the registration of local and external participants for courses, payments to instructors, and coordination with other divisions on administration matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Registration of local and external participants for courses;
- Payments to instructors (regular liaising and coordination with different types of instructors);
- Coordination with other divisions on administration matters such as email correspondences, attendance in meetings and briefings;
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline;
- Preferably 1 year of experience in Training Administration;
- Prior working experience in government agencies will be preferred;
- Only Singaporeans.
