**Job Summary**

MyCareersFuture is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Training Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting training programs, events, and activities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist with setting up and tearing down of training venues and coordinating refreshments for induction sessions and training programs.
  • Provide technical support to trainers during training sessions.
  • Collate post-training feedback from participants and include it in a master database.
  • Administer assessments during training sessions.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including attendance tracking and data entry.
  • Provide on-site support for volunteer training on weekends.
  • Prepare monthly training schedules.

**Requirements:**

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Social Sciences, or other relevant disciplines.
  • Immediate starters are preferred.
  • Training or events experience is preferred.
