Key Responsibilities- Guest Welcome and Seating: Greet guests in a courteous and prompt manner, and lead them to a prepared table.
- Menu Knowledge and Promotions: Be familiar with our menu, promotions, and service procedures to provide accurate information to guests.
- Reservation Management: Manage reservations and walk-ins efficiently, ensuring optimal seating arrangements.
- Guest Interaction and Feedback: Interact with guests to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations. Gather guest feedback and share insights with the management team to continuously improve service quality.
- Team Collaboration: Liaise with Front of House and Back of House to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Restaurant Maintenance: Ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and inviting, enhancing the overall dining experience.
- Experience: Proven work experience as a Guest Relations Executive, Restaurant Host, or similar roles.
- Communication Skills: Proficient in English with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to handle issues calmly and efficiently, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Teamwork: Strong team player with a customer service-oriented mindset.
- Availability: Willingness to work split shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
