- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met.
- Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Client Support and Service Delivery
- Provide comprehensive support to clients, including submission of applications to relevant agencies.
- Accompany clients to relevant agencies when necessary.
- Documentation and Information Management
- Liaise and collect all necessary documentations and information from clients and vendors.
- Team Collaboration and Support
- Provide client service support to the Marketing department.
- Experience and Skills
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in client liaising and relationship management or related roles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including email, calls, chat, and in-person interactions.
- Ability to excel both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with submission of applications to MOM and ICA is an added advantage.
- Ability to understand and communicate in English and Mandarin is preferred.
- Education and Certifications
- Relevant education and certifications in client service, relationship management, or a related field.
- Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
