Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Management Liaison Officer to join our team at SMRT Corporation Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing effective liaison channels with tenants in our commercial spaces, ensuring seamless operations and compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt assistance to tenants during handover and takeover of commercial spaces.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure tenants comply with safety and security guidelines.
- Liaise with SMRT stakeholders and authorities on-site inspection and permit to work applications.
- Manage fault reports and conduct administrative emailing tasks on ground operational liaison.
Requirements
- Service-oriented with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of building services and experience in facility/operation/property management is an advantage.
- Ability to work on shifts, including Sundays and Public Holidays, and perform overtime when required.
