Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist the Condominium Manager in the day-to-day operations of the Site Office.
- Responsible for managing the bookings of estate facilities such as BBQ pits, function room etc.
- Write and prepare circulars & notices for dissemination.
- Ensure records of residents' information are up-to-date and maintained with high accuracy and timeliness.
- Administer invoices, refunds and collection of payments by residents.
- Keep proper records of feedback from the condominium residents.
- Update and maintain filing records to ensure easy retrieval of key documents.
- General administrative work and other duties as assigned by the Manager.
