Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Condominium Manager in the day-to-day operations of the Site Office.
  • Responsible for managing the bookings of estate facilities such as BBQ pits, function room etc.
  • Write and prepare circulars & notices for dissemination.
  • Ensure records of residents' information are up-to-date and maintained with high accuracy and timeliness.
  • Administer invoices, refunds and collection of payments by residents.
  • Keep proper records of feedback from the condominium residents.
  • Update and maintain filing records to ensure easy retrieval of key documents.
  • General administrative work and other duties as assigned by the Manager.
