
Lead Guest Experience Manager

As a senior guest service executive, you will be the face of our hotel, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and take on a challenging role where you will be responsible for handling front desk duties, providing warm and welcoming service to all guests, responding to phone calls and emails in a timely manner, and up-selling opportunities whenever possible.
You will also be responsible for taking ownership of guest complaints, addressing them promptly and professionally. If you have a positive attitude with excellent communication skills and are able to work rotating shifts, then this could be the perfect job for you.
Key Responsibilities:- Front Desk Duties: Handle check-ins, check-outs, and cash handling with accuracy and efficiency.
- Guest Service: Provide warm and welcoming service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Communication: Respond to phone calls and emails in a timely manner, maintaining a professional tone at all times.
- Up-Selling: Familiarize yourself with room types and rates to upsell opportunities whenever possible.
- Problem-Solving: Take ownership of guest complaints, addressing them promptly and professionally.
- A minimum Diploma qualification in any field.
- Relevant work experience in the hospitality industry.
- Ability to work rotating shifts.
- Positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
