Job Title: Guest Services Leader
Description:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled leader to join our team as a Guest Services Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, managing day-to-day operations, and leading a team of staff members.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage front desk operations, including check-in/check-out, room assignments, and guest inquiries.
Provide training and guidance to front desk staff on hotel policies, procedures, and services.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by responding promptly to guest complaints and resolving issues in a fair and efficient manner.
Lead and motivate the front desk team to achieve their goals and objectives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in hospitality management or related field.
Minimum 3 years' experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
