About the Role:

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your leadership skills to inspire and motivate your team to achieve operational goals and deliver exceptional service standards.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure seamless communication and decision-making across departments.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure we remain competitive and innovative in our approach.

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

  • Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a hospitality setting.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with team members and external partners.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software systems.

  • Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands.
