About the Role: As a Guest Experience Team Leader, you will oversee all aspects of guest stays, ensuring exceptional service and memorable experiences. Your role involves coordinating guest relations, managing VIP guests, enhancing guest experiences, leading a team, resolving problems, and maintaining quality standards. Responsibilities include: Building relationships with guests and addressing inquiries and feedback. Coordinating efforts across departments for special occasions. Managing VIP and Special Attention guest relationships and preferences. Developing innovative guest recognition programs. Leading and inspiring the Guest Experience team. Handling challenging situations with tact and professionalism. Conducting evaluations and implementing improvements based on guest feedback. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Proven experience in luxury hospitality, especially front office roles. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude. Attention to detail and passion for guest service. Familiarity with hotel management systems is a plus.
