Job Description:

The Guest Experience Team Lead is a key role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience during their stay with us. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Service Delivery: Develop and execute daily training programs to ensure that team members meet and exceed quality standards.
  • Operations Management: Ensure proper shift handling, including finance, cash handling, and preparation of mise en place.
  • Training and Human Resources: Coach, motivate, educate, train, counsel, and discipline team members to deliver service and product standards.
