Job Title: Senior Human Capital Specialist
Job Description:- The successful candidate will lead the implementation and support of SuccessFactors solutions for our clients in Singapore.
- Involve in full project lifecycle, from data gathering and analysis to post-implementation support and roll-out.
- Identify, assess and solve complex business problems by analyzing situations or data requiring an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
- Work closely with regional COE team on various activities.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors in a consulting environment.
- Active hands-on Techno-Functional experience liaising with HR teams and customer fronting.
- Strong expertise in HCM/SF modules in various industries.
- Certification in at least two SuccessFactors modules.
- Proficient in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Testing, Architecture Knowledge, Technical & functional Solution Design.
- Presales experience is an added advantage.
- Ability to learn and deliver additional modules.
- Must be fully vaccinated.
- Candidates should have expertise in SuccessFactors & SAP HCM implementation processes.
- Flexibility to work across delivery landscapes including Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.
- Responsibility for software-specific design and realization, testing, deployment and release management.
- Functional and methodological capabilities in testing and training.
- Presently based in Singapore and willing to work onsite.
