Job Title: Key Account Business Developer

 

As a key account business developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining business strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share. This involves visiting customers to drive sales pitches and product presentations, as well as building strong relationships with existing and new customers.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets.
  • Visiting customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Building strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Providing sales and after-sales support in coordination with internal departments and customers.
  • Preparing sales quotations in the ERP system for customers.
  • Following up on after-sales issues and resolving any complaints in a timely manner.

 

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of industrial sales experience in process instrumentation, valves, or automation, or a similar industry.
  • Project experience is advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as strong organizational skills.
