Join our dynamic team as we seek an experienced Manufacturing Excellence Leader to oversee and drive the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives across our Jurong Factory. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a sustainable improvement culture that fosters innovation, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.


 


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing operations, with a proven track record of implementing process improvements and leading cross-functional teams. You will be an excellent communicator, able to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders, including production teams, quality control, and maintenance personnel.


 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve operational excellence, focusing on process optimization, waste reduction, and cost savings.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, ensuring seamless collaboration between departments.
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, develop corrective actions, and track progress.
  • Collaborate with external partners to leverage best practices and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.

 


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 5-7 years of relevant working experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to interpret data and develop effective solutions.
  • Experience with TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) or similar methodologies, with a solid understanding of continuous improvement principles.
