Manufacturing Engineering Leadership Opportunity

As a seasoned manufacturing professional, you will be responsible for driving business growth and process improvements in our organization.

  • Developing and implementing effective manufacturing procedures and controls to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Designing and building new manufacturing job instruction sheets, NC programs, and tool plans using advanced software tools.
  • Initiating and leading productivity improvement initiatives, including equipment selection, design, and deployment.
  • Resolving technical issues related to customer feedback and improving internal processes.
  • Conducting feasibility studies to optimize manufacturing capacity, layout, and expansion.
  • Driving continuous improvement activities to enhance existing manufacturing systems and processes.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve company-wide productivity and quality goals.
  • Preparing business cases for capital expenditures and supporting strategic initiatives.
  • Providing hands-on support for Andon rectification, SRR/PPM reduction, real-time problem resolution, and machine utilization.
  • Supporting transition projects and new product development initiatives.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (Aerospace, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Material).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant skills and industry (precision manufacturing, aerospace-related industry).
  • Preferred Skills:
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Ability to analyze information and solve problems quickly.
  • Experience with metrology standards and equipment.
  • Basic MS Excel and Word skills.
