Production Leadership Role

As a seasoned production professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process. Your goal will be to ensure that products are manufactured efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Optimization: Plan, organize, and control production schedules and workflows to meet demand.
  • Cost Management: Monitor production costs, wastage, and efficiency to ensure profitability.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and food safety regulations.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee quality control processes, including raw material inspection, in-process monitoring, and final product checks.
  • Talent Development: Manage and develop the production team, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Liaise with procurement, logistics, and sales to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
  • Data Analysis: Maintain accurate production records and analyze data for process optimization.
  • Innovation: Drive process improvements, SOP updates, and equipment maintenance programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Production Management, Food Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in manufacturing or food production management.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication and team management abilities.
