Job Description

As an experienced and strategic operations leader, you will oversee the full spectrum of manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient, high-quality production across all facilities.

You will lead, coordinate, and optimize production processes to meet delivery timelines, cost targets, and product standards.

It is essential to direct and mentor production, engineering, and quality assurance teams to foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

Strategic insights are required to ensure operational efficiency, reduce waste, and improve productivity by implementing lean manufacturing principles and adhering to strict quality management systems, including ISO standards.

Compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within manufacturing operations is also crucial in maintaining product excellence.

Operational KPIs analysis and provision of strategic insights to executive leadership will be necessary to align operational capacity with market demand and innovation goals.

Collaboration with R&D, Sales, and Supply Chain teams will be essential for optimal results.

The ideal candidate should have a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, along with 14+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within radiator production.

Strong leadership, decision-making, people management skills, proficiency in ERP systems, production planning software, and knowledge of quality management systems are essential qualifications.
