The successful candidate will have at least 10+ years of experience in operations leadership within technology, electronics or hardware manufacturing. A proven track record of success in managing contract manufacturers, including negotiation, performance management, and collaboration is essential.

You will oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations, including production planning, quality control, and process optimization. Additionally, you will build and manage strong relationships with contract manufacturers, ensuring alignment on quality, timelines, and cost targets.

In this role, you will also partner with engineering leadership to ensure manufacturability, scalability, and cost-efficiency of new product designs. Your expertise in electrical and mechanical product manufacturing, from prototyping to mass production, is highly valued.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive operations strategy aligned with company growth objectives and product roadmap;
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including Manufacturing & Production, Procurement & Supply Chain, and Engineering;
  • Oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations, including production planning, quality control, and process optimization;
  • Build and manage strong relationships with contract manufacturers, ensuring alignment on quality, timelines, and cost targets;
  • Partner with engineering leadership to ensure manufacturability, scalability, and cost-efficiency of new product designs;
Requirements:
  • At least 10+ years of experience in operations leadership within technology, electronics or hardware manufacturing;
  • Proven track record of success in managing contract manufacturers, including negotiation, performance management, and collaboration;
  • Deep expertise in electrical and mechanical product manufacturing, from prototyping to mass production;
  • Strong strategic thinking and operational execution skills, with a hands-on leadership style;
  • Experience scaling operations in mid-sized or growth-stage companies;
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership abilities;
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, lean manufacturing principles, and global supply chain dynamics;
