Manufacturing Sciences Leader

As a Manufacturing Sciences Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Manufacturing Sciences department on site. This role acts as an interface and contributes to the Global Manufacturing Sciences community within our organization.
The ideal candidate will have experience in process improvement programs and innovative technologies, with a focus on establishing a lean and efficient organization that meets our leadership expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Manufacturing Sciences team in driving results and deliverables to support site and global Manufacturing Sciences objectives
- Provide opinions and insights for strategic decisions as a member of the site Senior Leadership Team
- Monitor processes and ensure fulfillment of all quality systems and policies as process owner
Requirements:
- Experience in process monitoring and quality systems
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to drive process improvement and innovation
