Key Account Order Coordinator

Job Description:

This is a dynamic role for a detail-oriented professional to manage the entire order process from receipt to fulfillment. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office, have excellent communication skills, and possess prior experience in operations support or project coordination.

The Key Account Order Coordinator will be responsible for receiving and reviewing customer orders, ensuring all necessary details are captured, and communicating with the sales team/customer regarding order discrepancies. This includes tracking shipment status, working with other departments, and coordinating with freight forwarders and agents for shipments and daily transport.

Additionally, this role involves maintaining accurate records of all orders, communication, and customer interactions within the system and MS Sharepoint. The coordinator will generate regular reports on order status, backorders, or any fulfillment issues and assist in preparing reports for management review.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in operations support, order processing, or project coordination preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Sense of urgency.
  • Accounting knowledge or experience in billing/revenue reconciliation will be an advantage.
