
Professional Order Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive professional to coordinate responses to customer inquiries for spare parts requirements and facilitate delivery problem resolution.
This role is focused on managing customer purchase orders, including assessment and understanding of requirements, order entry, and portal management within the ERP system.
The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy.
Key Responsibilities- Review customer purchase orders to assess and understand requirements.
- Process and maintain customer purchase orders, including order entry and portal management within the ERP system.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff, Sales, and Quality teams to resolve orders in a timely manner.
- Prioritize orders based on required ship dates and perform analysis to address issues efficiently.
- Research in ERP systems to resolve order issues and manage open orders pending resolution.
- Ensure timely shipment of critical orders through internal coordination and liaison with functional stakeholders.
- Monitor and expedite complex and urgent orders.
- Resolve customer claims with functional departments, including Accounting, Quality Assurance, Credit & Rebill, and Return Material Authorization processes.
- Analyze root causes, recommend, and implement corrective actions to address issues.
- 2-4 years of related work experience, including Program Management and/or Customer Support.
- Experience in a warehouse environment and proficiency in ERP systems.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy.
