Job Title: Order Management Coordinator
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Order Management Coordinator. This role involves coordinating the end-to-end execution of customer orders, working closely with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate order fulfillment from sales handover to delivery by collaborating with internal departments and external partners.
- Create and maintain order documentation in shared drives and SAP systems.
- Execute orders in compliance with contractual agreements, including scope, timeline, and cost obligations.
- Liaise with finance for payment terms and performance requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
