The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Ocean Freight Coordination Executive to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for coordinating and planning the arrival schedules of Export Ocean freight shipments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with carriers, co-loaders, and ground handling agents to manage sailing schedules, cargo space allocation, and any issues related to outbound / inbound shipments.
  • Monitor and track the status of incoming shipments to ensure they arrive on time and in good condition.
  • Prepare accurate customs declarations and other required documents to ensure all shipments comply with customs regulations.
  • Ensure proper preparation and submission of export documents, such as Bills of Lading and export declarations.
  • Resolve any customs-related issues that could delay the release of goods.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of logistics/freight forwarding experiences.
  • Proficient with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
