Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant cum Purchaser to join our team at TEAM GENERAL CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks, as well as overseeing the purchasing and inventory management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of office supplies and materials
  • Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance and efficiency
  • Ensure seamless communication and information flow within the company
  • Manage schedules and deadlines for various projects and tasks
  • Oversee the organization's certifications and renewals
  • Generate purchase orders and maintain relationships with suppliers
  • Provide basic IT support to staff members
  • Manage vehicle insurance and road tax renewals
  • Perform other general administrative duties as required
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in full-spectrum administrative duties, preferably in the construction sector
  • Strong administrative support and skills
  • Able to work independently and dynamically within tight timelines
  • Proficient in both English and Chinese languages for communication with associates
  • Basic IT knowledge is an advantage
