Job Summary

LEGAXY EMPLOYMENT is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant cum Accountant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant cum Accountant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and accounting support to our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Process and reconcile invoices, payments, and other financial transactions.
  • Prepare and submit financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting, including preparing and analyzing financial data.
  • Provide administrative support, including answering phones, responding to emails, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or administrative support role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with colleagues and management.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with accounting software, including QuickBooks or similar.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
